for teachers, therapists and care teams
Three panels, one honest talk.
A tiny comic can open a big conversation. Show one, let people sit with it, then ask a question. No right answers.

How to use a comic
- Pick a comic by feeling below, or any comic you like.
- Open its handout (
under every comic): the comic and three questions on one printable page.
- Read it together. Ask one question. Listen more than you talk.
Questions by feeling
Sad
- What do you think the character needs right now?
- When did you last feel like this, and what helped?
Anxious
- What is the character worried about? Is it as big as it feels?
- What is one small thing that calms you down?
Lonely
- Who could the character reach out to?
- How can you tell when someone feels left out?
Tired
- What is the character’s body telling them?
- What does real rest look like for you?
In love
- How does the character show they care?
- What makes you feel close to someone?
Angry
- What happened just before the character got angry?
- What helps you cool down without hurting anyone?
Hopeful
- What changed for the character?
- What is one small thing you’re looking forward to?
Silly
- What made this funny?
- When is it good to be a little weird?
For any comic
- What is happening in each panel?
- How do you think the character feels in the last panel?
- Write a new last line for this comic.
What’s free, what’s licensed
Printing a handout for your own class, group or session is free. Putting comics in newsletters, slides you share, courses or anything you sell needs a license.
