This site publishes short comics and creator-selected music. Reading comics does not require connecting a Google account. The workshop and Google connection are restricted to the site owner.

Reading the site

Your Light, Dark, or System preference is stored in this browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes it. Sample reactions are demonstrations, not public submissions. This application does not currently provide visitor accounts, payments, or a public idea-submission service.

Our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process connection information such as IP addresses and request details to serve and protect the site. Authentication may use platform cookies. The application does not add advertising trackers or sell personal data.

YouTube and Google

The listening room uses YouTube API Services. With the owner’s authorization it can read the connected channel, browse owned playlists and their videos, search videos, and add explicitly chosen videos to a selected owned public playlist. Google requests a broad YouTube account-management permission; the workshop implements these limited actions. No AI suggestion automatically changes a playlist.

Connection tokens are encrypted in server storage, together with connected-channel information and the selected playlist. Selected video IDs, titles, artist/channel names, links, and creator notes may be saved to the music shelf. Chosen track metadata becomes public only when the owner publishes a comic’s soundtrack. Google credentials and private playlist browsing results are not exposed to site visitors.

Embedded YouTube players contact YouTube when loaded and may collect device, network, and playback information under Google’s policies. They use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain, but are not tracking-free. Playback and external links are subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Creative material and AI

The owner’s saved ideas, drafts, and artwork stay private until explicitly approved. For requested generation, ideas, selected music-shelf metadata and notes, and character-reference artwork are sent to OpenAI to generate a comic and suggestions. Google passwords and OAuth tokens are not sent to the AI. Music audio is not downloaded or analyzed. Published comics and chosen soundtracks can be viewed by anyone.

Removing data and access

The owner can delete word collections and music-shelf entries in the workshop. Removing a shelf entry does not remove soundtrack snapshots already published with comics; update each affected comic’s soundtrack to remove those. Disconnect Google in the listening room to delete the stored connection and request token revocation. This does not delete playlists or videos from YouTube.

You can also revoke access through Google account connections. For questions about the owner-only Google integration, use the support email shown on its Google consent screen. Saved creative material and selected track metadata remain until removed using the workshop; hosting providers may separately retain operational logs or backups.
