Panel 1: Static, a small box TV with bent antenna legs and a yellow screen eye, looks somber as a crowd of tiny violin players and a gigantic drum surround him. Panel 2: Glitch, the asymmetric checkerboard creature with one long arm, headbangs enthusiastically front and center, a yellow square ear tilted. Panel 3: The orchestra plays, with many tiny violins and the huge drum, Static’s eye glowing brighter as the heavy music turns almost whimsical under the strings. Static feels heavy, so he gathers a tiny orchestra: a hundred minuscule violins and one enormous drum.
Glitch headbangs wildly in the front row, caught between chaos and harmony.
The heaviness remains, but with strings — now it’s heavy and a little magical.
